Refund policy
All sales are final.
Intentional Faith products are custom printed on demand. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Color preference
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Delayed shipping once an order has shipped
EXCEPTIONS
We will only offer a replacement or refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your item is defective
- Your item is misprinted
- You received the wrong item
To report an issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for review.
REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
If approved, we will issue either:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
SIZING NOTICE
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
